Abstract

Disputes concerning the exercise of certain rights or fulfillment of obligations arising from the service relations of civil servants – military are within the jurisdiction of the
administrative disputes courts, and the rulings of the High Court of Cassation and Justice contained in Decision no. 10/2018, Panel for resolving the appeal in the interest of the law remain relevant and under the purview of the regulations of the Administrative Code.
