Abstract

The current civil code mainly governs the remedy of the return of benefits, which confers the possibility for the creditor which received a non-compliant benefit to keep the respective benefit, and it shall obtain a proportional reduction of its own benefit, without being required to appeal to any remedies which should determine the termination of the contract.
