Abstract

If the decision of the court of appeal has ordered the setting aside of the judgment of the court of first instance ordering the termination of the proceedings in accordance with Article 74 of Law No 85/2014, the second appeal against the decision of the court of appeal cannot examine the absolute exceptions raised by the party concerned.
