Order of filing the means of challenge

Abstract

According to Article 200 para. (5) of the Civil Procedure Code against the annulment decision the plaintiff may only make a request for reconsideration and, according to Art. 200 para. (7) of the Civil Procedure Code, the decision by which the request for revision is decided in the procedure of verification and regularization of the claim is final. According to Article 634 para. (1), para. 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, a judgment which is not subject to appeal or second appeal is final.
