Particularities of the judge's role in finding the truth in individual labour disputes

Abstract
The role of the judge in establishing the legal truth is decisive for the unfolding of the civil lawsuit as the judge, within the limits set by the principle of availibility, is the one whose highly qualified legal training sets the direction of legal proceedings so that they all aim at establishing the legal truth in reasonable time.
The way the judge exercises his role in establishing the legal truth has its own specific features in accordance with the branch of law reffered to, thus the present analysis is ment to highlight the features of individual labor conflicts.
