Abstract

The order staying the proceedings and the order dismissing the application to resume the case may be appealed against by means of the same appeal, which will be dealt with as a single appeal, but gradually, by ruling in the same judgment first on the order staying the proceedings and then on the order dismissing the application to resume the proceedings, in order to see to what extent the appeal against the latter still has a purpose.

Revising the stay of proceedings under Art. 413 para. (3) of the Civil Procedure Code must also be considered taking into account the nature of the dispute in which the stay of proceedings was ordered and the stakes of the dispute for the litigants.
