Abstract

The supplement added by item 2 of Law 310/2018 reduces the area of application of the judge's incompatibility after the case referral for retrial by adding a new restrictive condition: the judge “is invited to rule on other matters than those solved by the appeals court or, as applicable, the second appeal court”.
