Abstract

In the matter of the admissibility of the second appeal, the criteria established by law are different; if in the case of claims appraisable in money, the value criterion of the object of the claims was considered to be determinant, in case of other litigations, the relevant criterion related to the sphere of the legal field governing the legal relationship. It is, in the latter case, the situation of the requests that fall within any of the provisions of Article 94 
point 1 letters a-i of the Code of civil procedure, but also of those for which the regulatory laws provide only the appeal.
