Abstract

The defendant, a doctor at Hospital X, hit the injured person M, also a doctor at the same hospital unit, with a scalpel in the neck area (left-side cervico-lateral region), causing him traumatic injuries that required 16-18 days of medical care to heal.

The evidence adimistrated in question proved, beyond any reasonable doubt, that his deed meets the elements of objective and subjective typicality of the crime of attempted murder provided for and punished by art. 32 C. pen. reported to art. 188 C. pen.
