Abstract

It is not forbidden by law to drive any unregistered vehicles/motor vehicles, without a licence or under the influence of alcohol, but only of some of them, and this circumstance must be established in concrete terms by the state bodies responsible for this purpose. It is not the responsibility of the defendant to prove that the vehicle driven by him does not belong to the category of vehicles for which the law criminalizes their unregistered driving, without a permit or under the influence of alcohol.
