Abstract

The appellants' claims, in the sense that the necessary funds for the payment of outstanding salary rights are not real, are not relevant in the analysis of the legality of the contested enforcement acts, given that the debtors must concretely and effectively pursue the 
payment obligations deriving from the enforceable titles shown. 
Given that the bailiff has ordered the seizure of all accounts held by the appellants at the Treasury units, without making any distinction depending on the special purpose of the amounts of money existing or which will enter these accounts, there is a risk of 
enforcement and amounts exempted by law, which could have the consequence of blocking the activity of debtors, including the inability to pay current salary rights.
