Abstract

It is inadmissible to seek clarification of the enacting terms of the judgment by which the employer seeks to ascertain whether or not certain financial entitlements must be paid pursuant to the provisions of that judgment, by which it was ordered to reinstate an employee in the position he held prior to the issue of the annulled act of dismissal and to pay compensation equal to the indexed, increased and updated salary and the other entitlements that would have belonged to the employee from the date of termination of the employment relationship until reinstatement.
