Abstract

The party may appeal against the administrative decision or resolution fixing the stamp duty within 3 days of being notified of the amount of the stamp duty due. Criticism of the obligation to pay the costs of the action or of the amount fixed by the court cannot be made in the appeal proceedings, but only in the special appeal proceedings relating to the claim for re-examination.
