Abstract

In this case law section we have selected a number of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Romania (hereinafter CCR) on the subject of the ineffectiveness of legal acts. Even though in some cases the case law refers to legal provisions that are currently repealed, we considered it useful to mention it, given that the analysis of constitutionality essentially concerns legislative solutions, regardless of the legal acts they enshrine at a given time.
