Abstract

Drug concept. Definition and inclusion in the attached table of Law no. 143/2000 and in the Convention on psychotropic substances done at Vienna in 1971. The content of the notion of „drug” includes also the main substance, no matter its actual physical state and it shall 
not refer only to obtaining such substance by chemical procedures.

Therefore, the plants containing the banned substance which is found in the attached tables, are banned plants, as the danger for people’s health is not represented by the plant, as such, in its natural state, but the ingestion of the substance contained by the respective plant, no 
matter in what form.
