Theoretical and practical considerations concerning the trial period

Abstract
The article addresses theoretical and practical issues regarding the employer's obligation to inform the employee about the trial period, before concluding or amending the individual employment agreement, determine the duration of the trial period, in general and in the particular case of the disabled, the admissibility of the suspension of the trial period and the consequences of its suspension, the unique nature of the trial period during the performance of an individual employment agreement, in case of transfer of the undertaking and of an employment agreement concluded for a single mission or for identical missions.
