Abstract

The evidence was submitted after the judgment was delivered, which makes applicable the provisions of Article 394 para. 3 of the Civil Procedure Code, i.e. after the closure of the proceedings, the parties may no longer submit any document to the case file, under penalty of not being taken into account. Accordingly, the court of appeal was unable to take account of the document relied on by the appellants and there was no material error in its judgment.
