Abstract

Arbitral awards may be challenged on the express and limited grounds listed in Article 608 of the Civil Procedure Code.

Certain preliminary rulings expressly and restrictively listed in Article 594 para.1 of the Civil Procedure Code may be appealed separately, but only on the grounds mentioned in Article 608 of the Civil Procedure Code, as it results from the provisions of Article 594 para. 2 of the Civil Procedure Code

In the claim for annulment of the decisions referred to in Article 594 paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, any of the grounds identified in Article 608 of the Civil Procedure Code may be invoked. and additionally, according to Art. 594 para. 3 of the Civil Procedure Code, the lack of the conditions provided by law for taking the measure.
