JURISPRUDENȚĂ COMENTATĂ ȘI ADNOTATĂ
Abstract
The clarification of the factual situation, provided by the respondent-complainant following the court's request to that effect under Article 22(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, do not constitute considerations in support by the appellant-respondent, so that they cannot be held to be submitted late, but can only be taken into account, in conjunction with the other factual aspects arising from the evidence adduced, with a view to establishing the truth of the case and a lawful and well-founded resolution of the case.
