Abstract
Extrajudicial expert’s report should have the same force of evidence as the judicial expert’s report, unless there are impediments which should result in its non-receipt as such, either because of the nullity of the expert’s report, or because of its non-utility, inconclusive or irrelevant nature or for other reasons for non-receipt being substantiated in fact and in law.
Keywords: evidence in the civil proceedings; expert’s report; extrajudicial expert’s report; force of evidence
