Abstract

The law establishes a case of legal suspension, however, as regards the judicial actions to carry out debts over the estate of a debtor against which the insolvency procedure was opened, and not for those debts intended to establish the existence and scope of a right of claim not falling under an existing debt instrument and, especially, in the assumption of debts arising after the opening date of the procedure.
