The specifics of the nullities that affect the conclusion of an individual employment contract. Possibility to remedy them

Abstract

According to the provisions of art. 57 paragraph 3 of the Labor Code, the nulity of the individual labour contract can be covered by the subsequent complying of the conditions imposed by law. Any remediation of an unfulfilled condition at the time of concluding a legal document can only be subsequent, as long as the parties cannot go back in time in order to cover that deficiency.
