Abstract
The introduction of a third party into the referral procedure of the High Court of Cassation and Justice about the clarification of an issue of law shall be consistent neither with this procedural incident, nor with the procedure governed by Articles 61-67 of the Code of Civil Procedure, as the supreme court is exclusively vested with the clarification (interpretation) of principle of an issue of law, and not with any concrete issues in fact, depending on the merits of the dispute or on the intrinsic elements of the originating dispute.
Keywords: intervention, procedure of clarification of an issue of law, inadmissibility
