Abstract

Pursuant to Article 489 para. (3) related to Art. 488 par. (1), para. 5 of the Civil Procedure Code, the second appeal court may question the admissibility of the action in relation to the provisions of Article 8, para. 11 of the Administrative Proceedings Law, in relation to raising a legitimate private interest or a subjective right of the plaintiff that would have been harmed by the administrative act under appeal.
