Abstract

In order to be upheld on the second appeal, the law requires the grounds of illegality of a judgment to be raised by means of the appeal provided for by law, failure to do so making it impossible for the second appeal court to examine the grounds.

The fact that, from the point of view of the effects of the judgment to be given, the provisions of Article 60(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, does not entail the admissibility of a second appeal brought without an appeal having been lodged.
