Abstract

The request for recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitral award may only be dismissed in the limitative cases provided by Article 1.129 of the Code of Civil Procedure, among which there is no limitation of the right to request enforcement, which, eventually, may be relied on by way of a challenge against enforcement.
