Abstract

The court departments/panels specialised in litigations with professionals have the power to solve the cases with at least one qualified subject – the professional, who operates a company – due to the dual nature of the norms governing their constitution, although the legal relations of material law triggering the litigations are governed by the general norms of the Civil Code applicable to all subjects of civil law, in any capacity.
