Abstract

In solving the request for interruption of service of the sentence, the criteria established by the ECHR in application of Art. 3 of the Convention in order to confirm the incompatibility between the convicted person's condition, respectively the necessary treatment and the conditions of detention so that the person deprived of liberty not be subject to suffering of an intensity exceeding the inevitable level of suffering inherent in detention.
