Abstract

Given the express provisions in Law 7/1996, that the claims on correction of the land book are within the power of the district court, and the New Code of Civil Procedure does not regulate another tenet setting the material power, the general rules of procedure set forth  by Art. 95 para. (1) of the New Code of Civil Procedure are removed from application by the special norms contained in Law 7/1996.
