Abstract

Obtaining the free practice license for the speech therapist profession is subject to the provisions of Law no. 213/2004 regarding the exercise of the profession of psychologist, with the right of free practice, the establishment, organization and functioning of the College of Psychologists in Romania and the Government Decision no. 788 dated 14 July 2005 for approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 213/2004, as special and subsequent legislation in the matter. The G.E.O. no. 83/2000, a normative act which represents the general regulation for the services related to the medical fact  subject to the issue of the free practice authorization, shall not be applicable in this case
