Abstract

Law allows the relevant body to carry out an assessment of the state of danger, with serious consequences regarding the right to carry a weapon. The court notes that both the administrative authority, and subsequently the court of law referred to objective items, resulting from the plaintiff’s actions, emphasized in those two criminal casefiles.
