Abstract

In case of committing two crimes, one during the minority and one after becoming of legal age; for the crime committed during the minority, an educational measure is taken, and for the crime committed after adulthood, a punishment is established. For the plurality of offenses, the punishment of imprisonment shall be applied, which shall be increased by a duration equal to at least one quarter of the duration of the educational measure or of the remaining term unexecuted on the date of the offence committed after becoming of legal age.
