Establishing the amount of the educational measure of hospitalization in a detention center, in case of continuous crime

Abstract

In the case of the continuous crime, only the maximum of the prison sentence provided by law may be increased by a maximum of three years, not the duration of the educational measure of deprivation of liberty provided by law, in relation to the provisions of Article 36 para. (1) of the Criminal Code.
