Abstract

The subsequent considerations of the documents of the Court of Accounts cannot change, as regards the third party, the moment when the limitations period starts running, as it reasonably expects that the legal relationship involving it be completed within the 
limitation period specific to the third party, independently of the possibility of another authority to find, long after the moment of termination of the contract, the non-performance of certain contractual obligations.
