Abstract

With regard to the claims established by the contested fiscal administrative act and whose forced enforcement was suspended by a final court decision of the administrative disputes court, the registration in the list of creditors can be made under suspensive condition, the effectiveness of the obligation depending on the final solution of the procedure, that the potential rejection of the administrative disputes request will activate the claim, and a 
cancellation of the title will annul it.
