Concurrence between the summons on a promissory note and the summons likely to enforcement

Abstract

 When the summons provided for in the new Code of Civil Procedure is deleted by the legislator, the summons on a promissory note is further mandatory. The summons provided for by art. 61 para. (5) of Law no. 58/1934 on the bill of exchange and 
promissory note, is further mandatory, including in the cases in which the enforcement is made without any summons.
