Abstract

If the representation obligation of the assignee in the judicial proceedings within the Romanian territory arises from the law, respectively from the provisions of Article 71 para. 2 of the G.E.O. no. 50/2010, the proxy – legal entity shall be entitled to file a claim for enforcement regarding the management of another person’s debt.
