Abstract

When parties established that the asset portfolio purchased by the buyer would be managed by a claims recovery company, in compliance with the mandate for the asset management, it may sign the application for enforcement, by its legal adviser, if it is
proven the circumstance that it acts as director of the creditor assets, since the special provisions established by Article 810 of the Civil Code become applicable.
