Abstract

The party in charge of the obligation to pay the judicial stamp duty lodged a request for public legal aid, and the request was admitted in the form of 48 monthly installments. Subsequently, the same party filed a request for a waiver, showing at the same time that public legal aid is too onerous in the form granted. The court annuls the statement of claim. Consequences.
