Maintenance Agreement. The meaning of the expression: suffering from a disease which caused the death

Abstract

Within 14 days from the date of concluding the maintenance agreement the death of the creditor occurs, which calls into question the incidence in this case of the provisions of Article 2247 of the Civil Code, more precisely, of the scope of the phrase suffering from a disease which caused the death whereas the main diagnosis set was chronic hypertension.
