Abstract

The text of Article 67(1) of Law no. 85.2014 is a clear and concise regulatory provision, which, together with the sanction expressly provided for in paragraph 2, warns the interested party of the necessity and consequences of submitting the documents, without it being necessary for the syndic judge to ask for the documents to be completed in order to be able to apply the sanction of rejection of the request to open proceedings.
