Considerations on the content of articles 1.141 1.142 of the Civil code on the legal regime of family heirloom

ARGUMENTUM

Abstract

In this study the author has attempted to carry out an analysis of the content of Articles 1.141‑1.142 of the Civil Code on the legal regime of family heirloom. The right to family heirlooms is one of the forms of joint ownership in forced shares, and some problems have been highlighted with regard to partition, with regard to the exercise of the right to claim such property, taking into account the particularities of their legal regime.
