Abstract

Since the claimant for judicial review has not argued that Article 509(1)(8) of the Code of Civil Procedure applies, at least at the level of the grounds of the claim for revision, he cannot benefit from the application of Article 513(6) of the Code of Civil Procedure, according to which an appeal may be lodged against a judgment which has decided an claim for revision of an adverse judgment, even if the adverse judgment is final.
