Abstract

In the area of appeals and challenges in general, the Code of Civil Procedure does not provide for the possibility of amending applications in a similar way to amending the motion for a writ of summons, since procedural discipline requires the parties to formulate applications and all criticisms of the judgment within the second appeal term as long as they have formulated such an application.
