Stay of proceedings under art. 242 par. (1) of the Civil Procedure Code Conditions

Abstract

The absence of further particulars as to the subject-matter of the application, which is well-defined, or of further pleas in law in support of the action, or the absence of a point of view on a plea raised by the court of its own motion, shall not prevent the court from dealing with the dispute and shall not justify a stay of proceedings under Article 242 (1) of the Civil Procedure Code.
