Abstract
Judicial procedures concerning minors imply the involvement of many procedural actors, often with opposing interests, but subordinated to the best interest of the child. When requests for intervention, main or accessory, are formulated in applications regarding the adoption of the minor or in applications with the object of establishing a special protection measure, the court is called to balance not only the determining objective of the case consisting in identifying the optimal solution for the minor in discussion, but also compliance with the rules of civil procedural law imposed by the normative acts applicable to the case, taking into account the specifics of the procedure, but also the concrete circumstances of the case.
