Abstract

The duties of a vacant management position may be exercised on the basis of the decision of empowerment issued by the Director General A. N. P. , under the conditions of art. 55 paragraph 3 of Law no. 293/2004 or by taking over the attributions of the position based on the daily decision per unit issued by the director of the unit, with the notice of the specialized structure A. N. P. , based on the provisions of O. M. J. no. 1662 / C / 2011.
