Abstract

The regulations from the appeal procedure are applicable to the incident recourse, but with the observance of the special provisions of the recourse procedure, as well as the fact that the incident recourse is exercised only if the conditions provided by art. 472 and art. 473 N. Civ. proc. c. are fulfilled.
