Abstract

The request regarding the notification of the C. J. U. E. in order to establish the direct application of Community law, cannot compel the court to ask the preliminary suggested questions, as long as the national court can refer directly to the case, the application of the European Union Regulations invoked in the request to notify the C. J. U. E. insofar as they are directly incident to the cause of the trial.
