Abstract

The decision issued by A. N. R. P. under the conditions of art. 17 paragraph 4 let. H from H. G. no. 1120/2006 represents a proposal/recommendation addressed to the county commission for the application of Law no. 290/2003, which has the possibility to keep its decision and to justify why it considers it to have been issued legally, to request the beneficiaries documents to complete the file or to revoke the decision.
